Good afternoon! Got another bodyweight workout for you today. Bodyweight workouts give my joints a break from higher impact, heavier resistance (weights) training. Still gets good blood flow and pump into those muscles too!

Bodyweight Workout #2
For 3, 5 minute rounds complete the following:
***1 minute rest in between rounds
Push Ups – 20 reps
Crunches – 30 reps
V-Ups – 30 reps
Squats – 20 reps
As many reps as possible for each 5 minute round.
Write down how many complete sets you do each round. You can rack up numbers if you get into a good groove. I’d be curious to see your metrics, guys! Let’s go!
